The hotel has an incredible ambiance and fantastic dining options, featuring a beautiful bathroom with heated floors and a Japanese toilet. However, the front desk service felt slightly hurried during check-in, which impacted the overall experience. Still, it was enjoyable overall.

Luxurious Stay with Incredible Amenities
I had a fantastic stay at this elegant hotel! The spacious rooms were beautifully designed and the heated bathroom floors were a delightful touch. The location is perfect, right in the heart of town, making it easy to explore. However, the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed at times, which could be improved.

The Adelphi offers a uniquely luxurious experience with meticulous attention to detail. The staff provided exceptional service, ensuring all business needs were met efficiently. My room was beautifully designed, featuring modern amenities, including heated bathroom floors and a heated toilet seat, which added a touch of comfort during winter. The room was like a fortress of comfort. The automated shades? Pure genius, I felt like royalty sitting back sippin’ my Nespresso while I plotted my next move.
It wasn’t exactly bargain bin prices, but worth every penny.

So we enjoyed some premium snacks in the room that were free! Along with a high-end Nespresso machine. It was like being spoiled without actually asking for it.

Our group had a fantastic time during our stay! Breakfast was incredible, and we loved the cozy vibe of the hotel. We checked out Char for some great steaks and ducked into the bars nearby for evening drinks. Don’t miss the complimentary coffee in the lobby!
We had some noise issues since our room was right near the busy bar area. It was tough to enjoy a restful sleep with loud conversations going on late into the night.

I loved the beautiful design of the Adelphi. The hotel is stunning from the moment you walk in. Our room had high-tech features like heated bathroom floors and a gorgeous tub. The complimentary dessert for our anniversary was a nice touch. The location on Broadway was perfect for exploring. However, the pillows were uncomfortable and the bed could have been better. Also, communication about the complimentary coffee in the lobby could have been clearer. Despite these issues, the staff was warm and helpful, and breakfast was outstanding. I would consider staying again next year although the pillow situation is an important detail to address.
